YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

The terrain is self catering; thus you are responsible for leaving clean all cutlery and glasses in chalets and lapa on departure. Caretaker cleans daily while you stay: ashes, grids and sweep stoeps. Braai-areas, grids, refuse-bins, floors will be cleaned by us on your departure. Domestic cleaning service can be arranged at appropriate rates extra – please arrange in advance. Replacement cost in case of any breakage / lost items

PAYMENT

Booking deposits are non-refundable on cancellation. The remainder is cash on arrival please – no card facilities. Electronic Bank payments / cheques: Vat must be added to quoted prices in total

DAMAGE CONTROL DEPOSIT Cash on arrival – refundable within one week after departure if no damage is payable.

NO SMOKING POLICY IN BUILDINGS: there is a large fine applicable for trespassers
